Check-in / Check-out Policy

▪ Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 & check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability.

▪ Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.

▪ For early check in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.

▪ Bed Type (King or Twin) and preference of smoking or non-smoking is subject to availability.

▪ No check out allowed on 31st December.

Child Policy:

▪ A child is defined as below 5.99 years old.

▪ Children below 5.99 years, sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge and on the same meal plan and existing bedding configuration. i.e. 1 adult & up to 2 infants = 1 single room & 2 adults up to 2 infants = 1 double room.

▪ A maximum of up to 2 children can stay for free on the adults meal plan with one extra bed unless others is specified in hotel's specific conditions.

▪ Please refer to the respective hotel contract to identify the maximum number of children that can share parent's room free of charge on existing bedding and supplement extra bedding charges

▪ Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis and subject to availability.

▪ Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.

Spacious Sea View Room with Balcony and Lounge Access : A 40 sqm room with a king or twin bed with balcony, sea view and lounge access. Kids below 11.99yrs are permitted to access Club lounge from 9am -5pm only. (1 extra bed can be added)

Sea View Suite with Balcony and Lounge Access : A 145 sqm room with a king size bed, separate living room, balcony, sea view and lounge access. Kids below 11.99yrs are permitted to access Club lounge from 9am -5pm only. (1 extra bed can be added)

Sea View Royal Suite  : A 240 sqm room with a king size bed, separate living room, meeting room, balcony, sea view and lounge access

The above contracted rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only and not valid for group bookings of 10 rooms & above.

These rates are per room per night quoted in AED, based on the meal plan specified and inclusive of VAT, service charge, tourism fees & municipality fees, excluding tourism dirham fees for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain properties

The booking codes for each promotion must be quoted in order to avail the promotional rate. In case the promotional codes are not clearly mentioned, the contracted rates will apply automatically and no rebates will be accepted.
