Access & Parking: private parking, individual garage. All-season motor access to the house. Situation: in the centre of Veril Playa (MASPALOMAS), on the outskirts of meloneras a 3 km, in the district of San Agustin, above Playa del Inglés, central, quiet, sunny position by the sea, on the beach. View from the apartment of the sea. Surroundings of the house: grounds (private use, 350 m2, fenced), garden (private use, 280 m2, fenced), swimming pool (private use, heated, length 5 m x width 3 m, open from 01.01. untill 31 .12.), outside shower (private use), barbecue (private use). Facilities and distances: supermarket 30 m, restaurant 30 m, shingle beach 10 m, sandy beach 50 m, sports centre 2 km, golf course 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding stables 4 km, children's playground 1 km, m bus stop 50 m. Please note, nearby is a motorway in 1 km, main road in 300 m and ein airport/airfield in 30 km. Pool heating (extra: 20€/night, to be requested in the booking and to be paid on spot). Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
