On the Caribbean coast of the upper Yucatan Peninsula. Hotel is located on a private sandy beach close by Puerto Aventuras market, shops, golf course and a yacht-filled harbor. Down at beach infront of the complex there is a natural rock pool of saltwater. Futher more are two pools, one which allows freshwater relaxation. As well as one adult pool and a larger activities pool that is separated from a 30-person spa tub by a line of palm trees. The spa section is a curtained area with a fountain and a cold pool in the garden. Single and double treatment rooms have their own showers. Treatments include Swiss spa, hydrotherapy with milk, and hot stone massage. Separate menâs and womenâs areas feature lockers, sauna, and steam room. All spa and beauty products, treatments, and services with extra charge. Other facilities at hotel are a fitness center, several bars and restaurants, computer with internet access in lobby (extra charge) and water sport activities. All guest rooms have balcony or terrace, A/C, sitting area with chair, TV, telephone, safe, mini bar, coffee/tea maker and iron and ironing board. Bathrooms have shower/ bath tub and hair dryer.
