Efzin villa is offering unique sea views, as it is being located almost at the sea level, providing a magnificent experience from any angle of the villa both indoors and outdoors. Sunsets from the villa are absolutely breathtaking and we can promise unforgettable romantic moments! Live in total quietness and full privacy in a fenced 8,500 sq. meters hill. On the outside it has a large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 spacious bedrooms and 465 sq. meters of property. Even though the location of the villa is isolated; it is close to everything you might require such as Chania airport, beach, shops and restaurants. Also there are two wonderful sandy beaches and several choices for taverns and shops where you can go on foot. A yacht can stop in front of the villa and this make door to door cruising possible. The owner stays in a house near villa Efzin on the same hill and can be very helpful with advice whene needed. Floors Layout. •Ground floor: Living room, dining area, office, second living room, open plan bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with air-condition •First floor: masterbedroom with round bed, ensuite bathroom with hot tub bathtab, personal gym and massive balcony.
