All above rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20-/ per room per night for Classic Deluxe, Executive room, 1 Bedroom Suite; and for Executive 1 BR Suite ; AED 40-/ per suite per
night for 2 Bedroom Suite;
The above agreement is valid for All Markets.
In case of high demand bookings flow, the hotel has the right to communicate stop sale with 24
hours’ time to report pending bookings, the same applies over weekdays or weekend.
Check in time 14:00 hrs. Check out time 12:00 hrs., guaranteed early check in time is charged
100%, early check in and late check out requests are subject to hotel availability.
Incase of early departure, hotel will charge 100% of the stay on meal plan booked;

be packaged and not to be sold openly in the market.

case government will increase, change or implement additional VAT or municipality fees.
In the event that guest books additional nights at Elite Byblos Hotel directly with the Hotel, such
reservation shall be totally separate from the agreement between the guest and the Travel
Agency/Tour Operator and shall continue a new agreement between the Hotels and the guest
directly. The Travel Agency/Tour Operator shall not be entitled to any fees or other
compensation in respect of such additional accommodation booked by guests.
The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests
as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unit will be available
as of 15h00 on the day of the guest's arrival. However Early Check-in can be arranged based on
availability.
The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests
as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unit must be vacated
no later than 12h00 on the date of the guest’s departure, failure by the guests to do so may
incur a late departure charges which must be settled by the guest directly to the hotel on their
departures, the late departure charges will be as follows:
