FORCE MAJEURE & LIABILITY
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Interruptions: The hotel shall not be held responsible for interruptions, delays, or deficiencies in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government regulations, health outbreaks, construction works outside the hotel premises, or utility disruptions. Such events shall be deemed force majeure, and the hotel shall be fully indemnified from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising therefrom.

Guest Claims and Indemnity: The hotel shall not be liable for guest claims, complaints, or legal actions arising from service failures caused by the contracting party, including misrepresentation, overcharging, or negligence. The contracting party agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its affiliates, and representatives from any related losses, legal fees, and liabilities. In the event of legal or regulatory proceedings, the contracting party shall bear full responsibility.

Guest Experience Outside Hotel Control: The hotel shall not be liable for guest complaints resulting from external factors beyond its control, such as local events, weather, traffic, public infrastructure, or third-party services. No compensation, refunds, or liability shall arise in such cases.
