Forti 52 Planas is a modern, spacious and bright villa full of natural light arranged in 2 floors; the sleeping area is on the ground floor and the living area on the upper floor. The ground floor boasts four bedrooms; a double and a twin each own with en-suite walk-in shower-room -the twin bedroom is spacious and has access to a covered terrace-. There are two more twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is also an utility area with the washing machine. An original open stairs without handrails located at the lounge of the villa leads to the upper floor. This floor has large windows in the living room and the dining area which allows a lot of natural light and fresh air if the windows are open. The open living room is very spacious, airy and full of natural light; it has comfortable sofas and large sliding glass windows at each side, ideal to relax and enjoy the sea views. The dinning area has a table to seat up to 8 people. The kitchen that has a nice up-to date design is well equipped, has a breakfast table and is separated from the dining room by a transparent glass wall which gives a modern and open atmosphere. From the kitchen there is access to a small back terrace with table, chair and a portable barbecue to eat outside. Either from the living or the dining room there is access to the open front terrace with comfortable chairs from where you will enjoy impressive open views of the sea and the emblematic fortification "Es Forti".
