This apartment complex is located in the third line of buildings back from the beach, and lies about 400 m from Playa de Levante in Benidorm, 100 m from the closest links to the public transport network. Guests will find the nearest restaurant just 200 m away and there are bars and pubs 300 m away, as are the shops. It lies 40 km from Alicante.||Renovated in 2009, this complex comprises a total of 10 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests include lift access and covered garage parking. The younger guests can let off steam in the childrens playground.||Each 1-bedroom apartment has an entrance hall, a lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a safe, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. All apartments have their own underground parking.||The complex features a large swimming pool (heated in winter) with parasols, as well as gardens, tennis courts and 3 paddle tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts can play a round at the nearby course, just 8 km away.
