Festive Season 2025

New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

GENERAL POLICY:

All cancellation, changes and amendments must be acknowledged by the hotel.During peak Season dates No(Name,Date or Room Type)Amendments will be accepted. Partners have to cancel the booking and the re-book with new booking details.New bookings rates and confirmations are subject to availability.

Tourism Dirham fee is to be settled by the guest directly at the hotel.Applicable fees are outlined below:

Studio Room - AED 10 per night

Family Suite - AED 20 per night

Minimum Length of Stay:

Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required during the stays crossing the period 31st december.

Check-in / Check-out Time:

Check-in time is 14:00 hours

Check-out time is 12:00 hours

A valid identification - Original passport is required upon check in.On arrival, the guest is required to pay a minimal & refundable deposit for incidental charges.

If the guest wishes to guarantee a room for early arrival the reservation has to start from the night prior to arrival date.

Any early departure during the High, shoulder and low seasons will be subject to a one additional night charge on booked meal plan.

Any early departure during Peak seasons will be chgarged for thr full remaining nights on the booked meal plan.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old

Children from 01-5.99 years old can stay free on the same meal plans booked by the parents.

Children accommodation is considered on existing bedding unless specified otherwise on the booking; extra bed if requested will be at an extra charge.

06-11.99 year old children are chargeable.

Children 12 years old and above are considered adults
