- In the event of implementation of new fares or taxes, hotel reserves the right to adjust rates accordingly.
- This contract is only valid after both parties’ signatures.
- Hotel reserves the right to terminate or revise the contract. - This contract must be signed and returned within 7 days of issuing date alternatively it will be considered null & void.
- These FIT rates should not be distributed across online B2C channels, the hotel will not accept any booking received via online channels booked on these FIT rates and booking received at the hotel will be changed to BAR rates. Hotel will further cancel this contract with the Tour Operator without any notice, on violation of this condition.
