Take a good look at Averof 7 from the outside and youâll see a 70s style building that initially does not reveal much about the indoors. Head the lobby on the first floor, and youâll be greeted by a fascinating architectural gem from Athensâ early modern era: an indoor atrium, fabulous natural lighting and refurbished interiors with a current minimalist twist that do justice to the repurposed building. Once the cityâs âAgricultural Social Security Officeâ, the property has been transformed into 60 gorgeous studios and apartments. With eight accommodation types to choose from, right in the heart of Downtown Athens, Averof 7 is today a well-kept secret in an eclectic neighborhood under rapid rebirth and regeneration. Itâs also quite close to Victoria Station on metro line 1, making it easier to go anywhere in the city. Among its other strengths, our Averof 7 property boasts an attractively happening lobby space on the first floor, a welcome ground-floor reception thatâs open from 7 am to 11 pm, and art-inspired seating areas on all other floors.
