The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable at AED 20.00 Dirham’s per bedroom per night and needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest.
In the event of any governmental change to the aforementioned Municipality Fee, Service Charge, VAT and the Tourism Dirham Fee the hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant Mowsem. Executive floor bookings may enjoy the breakfast in the Executive lounge or in the main restaurant. During peak dates breakfast may be taken in any of the satellite restaurants. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.

CHILD POLICY
• The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
• Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults
• Children between 6 years and 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or additional extra bed (if allowed
by room type) free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract.
• Children aged 12 years and above will be charged as adults.
• Maximum room occupancy applies
Kids Go Free Promotion:
• Valid for bookings and family stays between 1st November 2025 – 31st October 2026
• The above promotion is applicable for up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) when sharing a room with their parents, maximum
room occupancies apply.
• Complimentary meals when booked on the same meal plan as their parents in the designated hotel venue.
• The above Kids Go Free Promotion is combinable with contracted offers.
• Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or additional extra bed (if allowed by
room type) free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract.
• Name changes will not be accepted for this offer.
• Kids Go Free does not apply on New Year’s Gala dinner charges.

Valid for bookings on the Executive Room, Executive Sea View Rooms and One Bedroom Suites
Private Check in and Check out in the Executive Lounge on the Top floor.
Contracted rates are inclusive of:
o Complimentary breakfast. Guests may enjoy the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge or the buffet in the main restaurant.
o Complimentary Afternoon tea inclusive of Soft drinks, tea, coffee and cakes.
o Complimentary “Happy Hour” offering every evening two hours complimentary alcoholic beverages with a selection of hot and cold assorted canapés.
o Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available through the duration of your stay *subject to operation hours of the lounge.
The Executive lounge is open from 7:00am to 21:00pm (Subject to change)
Dress code: Smart casual (no swimwear, shorts etc.)

Half Board Around Offer:
Half Board Dine around can be redeemed in 10 Participating restaurants with an unparalleled choice.
