» GENERAL POLICY:
• A tourism fee of AED 15 per room per night must be settled upon check out by the clients.
• Rates only apply to individual leisure business and do not apply to corporate accounts, government bookings, trade delegations, conventions, incentives, conferences or group business. A group is considered as 10 rooms and above.
• Check-in / Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is 15:00 (3 p.m.)
- Early check-in: Should an early check-in be required it is recommended that one night is pre-booked to guarantee the room is available on arrival. Otherwise, it will be on a request basis only and will be subject to availability at the time of arrival.
- No Check-out on 31 December 2025 & 2026
- Check-out time is 12:00 (12 noon)
- Late check out:
• until 18:00 (6 p.m.) - 50% of the contracted rates.
• after 18:00 (6 p.m.) - 100% of the contracted rates.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departure. The Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the remaining nights booked in line with the original reservation and confirmation.
» CHILDREN POLICY:
• Children from 0 to 3.99 are considered as infants
• Children below 4 years old eat free of charge.
• Children 4-11.99 years old can be accomodated in existing bedding.Meals are chargeable
• Baby cots for infants will be provided free of charge.(Subject to availability)
