The Carolinas Hotel School is located within a plot of land with the same name, “Las Carolinas”, and is managed by the Cantabrian Hotel and Catering Business Association. Young catering students and chefs are trained here.It occupies a XIX century restored mansion which has 500m2 gardens with two splendid magnolias and a thousand-year-old yew, among other specimens.
