Breakfast is to be enjoyed at a dedicated restaurant venue when booking bed & breakfast rates.

Half Board

Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

Full board

Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

You will be provided with full details of your booked board program on arrival at the hotel. The rates are not include any of the special brunches in resort. 

» GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

• An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.

• Festive Season 2025

  •  New Year period requires a mandatory stay of 3 consecutive nights.
  •  No Check-in & check-out is allowed on 31 December 2025

 Children Policy: 

• Children till 05.99 years sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge based on accommodation and meals (max 2 children
per room).
• Children from 06 - 11.99 years old stay free of charge when occupying same room as adult(s) and using existing bedding
• Children from 06 - 11.99 years sharing their parent’s room are entitled to 50% discount on other meals rates.
• Above Children policy is subject to the Maximum Occupancy for the booked room category .
• Lunch and/or dinner supplements are per person per meal inclusive of service charge and taxes. Half board and full board
bookings will be at Open Sesame / Orange Feels

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child below 11.99 yrs in existing beddin

• Junior suite

4 adults or 3 adults and 1 child below 11.99 yrs in existing bedding

• Family Room

 4 adults and 1 child below 11.99 yrs in existing bedding
