Child Policy
• Infant (00 - 02.99) 1st Child 03-11.99 and 2nd Child 03-05.99 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Rollaway Bed/Sofa).
• Extra Bed (Rollaway bed) and baby cots are subject to availability.
• Children above 12 years old are considered and charged as adults.
• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per above Rate Sheet.

New Year Eve Child Policy :

Children aged 0 – 2.99 can enter the venue free of cost (without a chair). However, a 50% charge will be applicable if they need to be seated to ensure their comfort and safety.

For children aged 3 – 11.99 to attend the event, 50% of the adult ticket price is applicable.

All children need to be under an adult’s supervision at all times, as this is crucial for their safety and the comfort of other attendees.

The number of children attending must be communicated at the time of booking.

It is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that underage children do not consume alcohol. The hotel is not responsible for monitoring or preventing underage drinking.

Diamond Ballroom will operate on 31^st Dec, 2024 for children; for infant 0-2.99 years with nanny.

MINIMUM AGE
• Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

NAME CHANGE
• No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed.

• Couples celebrating their anniversary or honeymoon will benefit of the following:
• Cake, fruits and a congratulation card.

• The Hotel reserves the right to alter above Amenities for Special Occasions from time to time, and will have no liability in this regard.

• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

ROOM OCCUPANCY, EXTRA BED & KIDS POLICY
• 1st Child 03-11.99 and 2nd Child 03-05.99 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Rollaway Bed/Sofa Bed). Once extra beds are placed, space in the room will be limited and guests should be informed about the same at the time of booking.
• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable (Extra Bed & Meal Supplement) as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached).
• Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed 80 x 195cm and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive) and subject to availability.
• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached).
• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply
• Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of the nightly contracted room rate.
• Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate.
• In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges.

Early Departure:
100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure.
In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable.
