Check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 12 noon.
Neither should the above rates nor the allocations be sold to any third party websites or Online Travel Agents or any B2C sites.
It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to ensure that their agents, tour operators and retailers honor the Hotel’s Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) policy. The Wholesaler shall indemnify the Hotel for all losses, claims expenses and/or for the breach of the BRG Policy.
In case Wholesaler sells the rates to a B2C channel directly or via third party suppliers, Hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in to the guest and ask the wholesaler to amend the voucher with BAR rates. In absence of voucher with amended booking value, hotel will cancel the booking and charge wholesaler as per cancellation policy of the booking.
The Hotel reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and cancel all bookings made by the Wholesaler under this Agreement, in the event of any breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by the Wholesaler, especially if the breach is under clause 7 & 8.
The hotel reserves the rights to stop sell any unused allotments or free-sale by giving the wholesaler 24 hours advance notice via email.
Change of names for confirmed bookings will not be entertained and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse such replacement booking.
