T&C and Dining Options:
Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Can be availed at Street Cafe Restaurant (Timing 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM).
Bed and Breakfast supplement package includes:
Coffee (Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso), Regular Black tea, local water and Packed Juices.
Remaining beverages such as premium or sparkling water, fresh juices and any other items not mentioned are chargeable.
Note: Any consumption in any other F&B outlets, In-Room-Dining and the Minibar is not included and will be chargeable.

Half Board / Full Board supplement package includes:
Coffee (Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso), Regular Black tea, local water, Packed Juices

Rates quoted in this document are not applicable for groups of seven (07) rooms or more.
Any amendment to a booking such as: name change, change of arrival date, change in the departure date, will be considered as a new booking and the rates and offers applicable at the time of receiving the amendment will be applied accordingly.
The dinner seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis
The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw the entertainment, fireworks without prior notice.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the above schedules/programs will be subject to change.

Minimum Length of Stay:
Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Ibis Styles Jumeira.
Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required stays at Ibis Styles Jumeira

Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 15:00 hours
Check-out time is 12:00 hours
Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested during the time of reservation.
Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).
Early departures: Hotel will charge the total room rate for the entire booking stay .

CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11 years old
Not applicable for Room service and minibar.
If Children less than 11.99 years old required extra bed it will subject to charges.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge additional bookings at published rates during close out date.

The hotel reserves the right to send out stop sales / black out dates at any given time with a notice period of 24 hours.
Company to provide email contact details for stop sales to hotel.
After the release period, all unsold space will automatically be released and any reservations received after this date will be subject to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to advise of any closeout dates at Ibis Styles Jumeira whereby the rooms / suites will be on a request basis only.
Close-out dates / stop sales are applicable on allocation.
