Check-in time is 15:00 hours
Check-out time is 12:00 hours
Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested during the time of reservation.
Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).
Early departures: Hotel will charge the total room rate for the entire booking stay .

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are considered from 0 to 11 years old
Not applicable for Room service and minibar.
If Children less than 11.99 years old required extra bed it will subject to charges.

GENERAL POLICY

• Rates are per room, per night, on Single / Double occupancy, and as per specified meal plan at Street Cafe restaurant.

• Tourism Dirham: Further to Dubai’s Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the Tourism Dirham is a minimal charge of AED 10 to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night, effective 1st March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from the guests at check-out.

• Rates are not applicable for groups of seven (07) rooms or more.

• A minimum length of stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings (excluding Event supplement dates separate MLOS is applicable)

• The hotel has the right to change the event supplement dates subject to public holiday announcements.

New Year Period Policy:

• For optional New Year’s Eve Dinner children between the ages of 06.00 – 11.99 years will pay supplement per person.

Children between the ages of 0.00 – 05.99 years is free of charge.

• The New Year’s Eve Dinner is optional for guests staying at the hotel on 31st December 2026.

• 31st December only Lunch will be offered to guests booked on HB meal plan.

• NYE dinner supplement to be included as optional under meal plans booked under Full board packages.

• The optional New Year’s Eve Dinner is to be reserved at the time of making the room reservation. Ages of children to be mentioned upon reservation.

• The dinner seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

• The Hotel reserves the right to change or amend the New Year’s Eve program without prior notice.

• The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw the entertainment, fireworks without prior notice.

Minimum Length of Stay during Peak Season:

• For arrivals between 28th December 2026 and 01 January 2027 a minimum length of stay of three (3) consecutive nights is applicable for all room types and suites of the Ibis Styles Hotel jumeira.

• No check in / check-out is allowed on 31st December 2026

Check-in / Check-out Time:

• Check-in is from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM. Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in.
