• Table Reservations :- All signature outlets & evening a la carte restaurants require prior reservations Cancelation Policy: A 12-hour notice prior to the confirmed booking is mandatory. In case of no show, an amount of AED 50 will be charged for 1 to 4 people, AED 100 for 5 to 7 people and AED 250 for a group of 8 to 15 people (not per person)

Festive Season 2025-26,2026-27

• Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner (24 December 2025 & 2026), Christmas Day Lunch (25 December 2025 & 2026) & Easter Sunday Lunch (05 April 2026) are subject to additional supplement per person (excluding alcoholic beverages), from 12 years and above per day booked on BB,HB & FB meal plan. AI meal plan includes house beverages. It is free for children below 6 years, children between 6 to 11.9 years receive a 50% discount. Guests staying on HB can use their alternative meals as a part of their entitlement

• Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner (31 December 2025 & 2026) per person is applicable (including house beverages) booked on BB,HB,FB & AI basis (guest staying on HB will be served lunch only on 31st December). It is free for children below 6 years, children between 6 to 11.9 years receive 50% discount. From 12 to 17.9 years receive 25% discount on respective meal plan booked
