Cancellation Policy

o If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,

o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

WINTER 2023/2024 - Christmas 24/12/2023-02/01/2024 & Easter 24/03/2024-31/03/2024:

o If the booking is cancelled with 14 days before the arrival or less, the hotel charges 50% as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled with 72 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
