0 – 4.99 years Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.subject to availability
5 – 11.99 years Maximum of one extra bed or built-in sofa bed will be provided at no extra charge.
12 years and above Extra person rates will apply on accommodation, including breakfast and extra bed. (For a roll-away bed, rates are inclusive of breakfast).
Child Policy:
Children 0 - 4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing beddings : no charge for accommodation or meals except room service and mini-bar.
Children 5-11.99 years old – sharing with parents the existing bed or in an extra bed or built-in sofa bed : no charge for accommodation or breakfast, half-board supplement charged as per the contracted rate supplements, excluding room service and mini-bar
Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults
Amendment Policy -At any time, changes in name, date or duration will require a new booking to be made, subject to availability and rate at that time.
No-Show Policy -100% charge on total booking.
Early Departure Policy- 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable
Peak and Festive: Suite & Malakiya Villas deposit Policy 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation for all suite categories. For Malakiya Villas and suites remaining balance to be paid 35 days for peak and 45 day on festive prior to arrival day
Meal Supplements:
The Contracted BB Rates are based on Breakfast board basis for all guests and can be availed in Arboretum
In addition to all the above, Club Lounge and Suite guests of Jumeirah Al Qasr can avail breakfast in their applicable lounge.
Meal supplements for bookings made on Retail to follow retail pricing.
Guest may avail half board in a selection of Jumeirah restaurants within the resort and across Dubai as per Madinat Jumeirah’s Communications. All meal supplements are non commissionable and Jumeirah reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of the contract. Additional charges may apply for certain outlets.
Meal supplement charges are not applicable for children between the ages of 0 - 4.99 years
