RATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The above contracted bed and breakfast rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast, based on two adults and up to two children aged 11.99 years and under per night per bedroom.
• Half-board supplements apply per adult and child as per the rate grid above.

RATES
• All rates are shown in local currency: United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
• The Department of Dubai Tourism and Commercial Marketing Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is payable by the guest upon departure.
• Contracted net payable BB Rate inclusive of Breakfast.
• Pre-payment for Suites and Villas may be required upon booking confirmation over Peak Seasons.
• Rates available for FIT use only up to 9 paying rooms per booking. 10 Rooms and above are considered groups and fall under the group’s terms and conditions.
• Rates are not valid for sales missions, exhibition delegates, or corporate/government travel.
• Rates cannot be sold on room components only and are available if packaged.

GENERAL POLICIES
• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs (3pm) UAE time.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hrs (12pm) UAE time.
• Early check-in before 08:00 hrs (8am) will require pre-registration the night before, and charged at a 100% of the contracted rate, subject to availability.
• Late check-out until 18:00 hrs (6pm) will be charged at 50% of the Best Available Rate, and at 100% for late check-out after 18:00 hrs (6pm), subject to availability

BEDDING POLICY / MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Each room can accommodate up to two adults and two children below 11.99 years old. Please refer to the Bedding and Room Configuration Grid (Appendix 4).
• Extra bed and breakfast supplement will be applicable for 3rd adults as per Rate Card above.
• Two children below 11.99 years will stay free on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
0 – 4.99 years: Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.
5 – 11.99 years: Maximum of one extra bed or built-in sofa bed will be provided. The second child will share the existing parents’ bedding.
12 years and above: Considered an adult. Roll-away beds will be provided at an additional charge

HALF-BOARD SUPPLEMENT
• The half-board supplement applies to any child or adult based on room occupancy. Prices are shown as per the rate grid. (Refer to bed configuration and maximum occupancy chart).
• Children aged 0 – 4.99 are not required to pay a supplement.
• The half-board supplement is applicable for all seasons in addition to the 2026 Breakfast-Board Contracted Rates above.
• Half-board is valid for lunch or dinner.
• The half-board extra bed supplement will be a flat discounted rate determined by seasonality, rather than being based on a percentage discount from the room rates during our monthly campaigns.
• Room service breakfast is subject to extra charge and is not included in the meal plan or room rate.
• Guests may avail of half-board in a selection of Jumeirah restaurants within the resort and across Jumeirah Dubai Hotels as per the property communications. All meal supplements are noncommissionable, and Jumeirah Beach Hotel reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of this contract.
• Children’s menus are available in all restaurants, and an additional supplement may apply.
• Half-board is non-transferable to non-participating restaurants and cannot be credited if not consumed.
• All guests in the room must be on the same meal plan.
• Additional charges may apply for certain Food & Beverage outlets.

CLUB ROOM, SUITE, AND AL BAHAR VILLA GUESTS PRIVILEGES
CLUB SERVICES & FACILITIES FOR FAMILIES
• All Club Rooms, Suites and Villa guests enjoy access to The Family Club lounge and Executive Pool Club.
• Complimentary unlimited access to the Wild Wadi WaterparkTM, Executive Pool and Executive Beach.
• The Family Club lounge operating hours are from 7:00 hrs (7am) until 19:00 hrs (7pm). A smart-casual dress code applies.
• Daily breakfast is available in The Family Club lounge and All-Day Dining Restaurant from 07:00 hrs (7am) until 11:00 hrs (11am). Private Dining in-room is chargeable.
• Afternoon tea and refreshments are served daily from 14:30 hrs (2:30pm) until 16:00 hrs (4pm).
• Evening drinks and canapés are offered daily from 17:00 hrs (5pm) until 19:00 hrs (7pm).
• Personalised check-in/out at the dedicated Club Desk.
• Complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks are served at The Family Club lounge.
• Selection of international newspapers and magazines + Mobile Newspaper app (guests may read from approximately 2,400 Newspaper titles).

CLUB SERVICES & FACILITIES FOR ADULTS ONLY
• All Club Rooms, Suites and Al Bahar Villa guests have access to The Sunset Club lounge in addition to the Family Club lounge.
• Operating hours are from 7:00 hrs (7am) until 19:00 hrs (7pm). A smart-causal dress code applies.
• Daily breakfast is available in The Sunset Club lounge from 07:00 hrs (7pm) until 11:00 hrs (11am).
• The Sunset Club lounge is located on the 24th floor and dedicated to adults over 21 years old only.
• Evening drinks and canapés are offered daily from 17:00 hrs (5pm) until 19:00 hrs (7pm).
AL BAHAR VILLA SERVICES & FACILITIES
• Daily breakfast served in-villa, at the All-Day Dining Restaurant and The Family Club lounge.
• Private dining is chargeable.
• Villa guests can access The Family Club and The Sunset Club lounges (see timings above). A smart-casual dress code applies.
• Afternoon tea snacks are served in-villa and at The Villa Lounge from 14:30 hrs (2:30pm) until 16:00 hrs (4pm), alternatively Afternoon Tea may be enjoyed at The Family Club lounge (see
timings above).
• Evening drinks and canapés are offered

Bedding:
• Each room can accommodate up to two adults and two children below 11.99 years old.

Amendment Policy: During all Seasons, changes in name, date or duration will require a new booking to be made, subject to availability and rate at that time.

Early Departure Policy:
All Seasons: 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. 

Check in time: 15:00 PM (as per the UAE time)
Early check in can be guaranteed at additional charge.
Check out time: 12:00 noon (as per the UAE time)
Late check-out can be guaranteed at additional charge.
