MEAL PLAN INFORMATION

New booking made as of 13th February 2026:

Zabeel Saray Half Board / Half Board dine around are valid within Zabeel Saray restaurants and bars only (in resort only). The Jumeirah Flavour programme is NOT applicable.

Participating Half Board Restaurants:

- Imperium – open for dinner

- Majlis Al Nafoorah – iftar available during Ramadan season

- Al Nafoorah – available post Ramadan

- Amala – currently transitioned into Imperium featuring best dishes of Amala

- Arcadia by Amala – Wednesday to Sunday

- Sultan Lounge – Lunch and Dinner

- Zabeel Social – Lunch and Dinner

- Zenzi Beach – Lunch and Dinner

Terms and Conditions:

- Supplementary charges are applicable in selected restaurants and/or on selected items

- Available on selected days of the week

- Offer includes one breakfast with a choice of one lunch or one dinner per person per day

- Invitations to dine do not include beverages, and will be charged separately

- Meals must be consumed on daily basis or they will be lost

- Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking

- The children's age policy applies to ages 5 to 11. Children within this age range pay 50% of the original supplementary fee, except for items on the children's menu

- Children aged 4 years and below dine with our compliments when accompanied by parents and when ordering from the children’s menu. Children aged 12 years and above are considered as adults

- Invitation to dine is valid for bookings for 10 pax or more, this will be considered as group bookings

- Block out dates may apply on certain occasions. Block out dates are determined at the discretion of the hotel

- Invitations to dine are not valid for In-Room Dining and Club Lounges

- A set menu is offered at selected restaurants in the hotel, and supplement fees may apply on selected dishes

- Participating restaurants may change without prior notice due to seasonality, and some restaurants may be subject to closure due to circumstances beyond control

Half Board Supplements maybe taken for Lunch OR Dinner Rates are based on single/double occupancy.

Where contracted rates include meals (HB & BB), this applies for the number of guests in the room as per maximum occupancy on bed configuration and occupancy chart.
Room Service breakfast is subject to extra charge and is not included in the meal plan or room rate.
Half Board is to be availed within the hotel restaurants and bars only. Jumeirah reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of the contract.

Festive season
New Year’s Eve:
HB & BB rates are both available over New Year’s Eve. (HB must be used at lunch only on 31st December 2026 as Mandatory Gala Dinner Supplement is applicable for dinner) • New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31st December 2026, and the dinner supplement on 31st December 2026 must be added to each reservation per person. Rates and Conditions will be communicated separately. Reservations with check-out on 31st December 2026 will not be permitted.

Early check in can be guaranteed at additional charge: • 50% off first night’s room rate for all arrivals between 8am and 3pm. • 100% charge will apply for all arrivals before 8am.

Late check-out can be guaranteed at additional charge: • 50% off last night’s room rate between 12noon and 8pm. • 100% charge will apply for all departures after 8pm.

Amendment Policy

(All Seasons) At any time, changes in name, date or duration will require a new booking to be made, subject to availability and rate at that time

Early Departure

(All Seasons) 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment, the amount will be non refundable

CHILDREN POLICY:

Infants 0 - 4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing beddings: no charge for accommodation or meals except room service and mini-bar. • Children 5 – 11.99 years old – sharing with parents the existing bed: no charge for accommodation or breakfast except room service and mini-bar; half-board supplement charged per night. • Children above 12 years old are considered adults.

Extra Person Charges:
Extra Person fee is applicable on promotions.
Where an Extra Person supplement will be charged, this is inclusive of the extra bed and breakfast.
Extra bed must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and is subject to availability.
Extra bed size is 1m x 2m. Child and infant ages must be specified on the rooming list.
