MINIMUM STAY THROUGH (both dates inclusive)
* New Year: 3 nights minimum stay from 30th December 2020 to 1st January 2021
NAME CHANGE IN EXISTING BOOKING
* Name changes in existing bookings are not accepted.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
* Check-in time is 15:00 hours.
* Access to the guest room, prior to this time, depends on availability of rooms at the time of arrival.
* In order to guarantee an early check-in, the reservation form must state “Early Check-In” and a one full night’s charge will apply.
* Arrival timings should be indicated for each booking.
* Check-out time is 12:00 hours (noon).
* Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, if occupancy levels permit; and a charge will apply to the guest directly.
* Guests departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the original confirmation.
* UAE government Authority require a legal ID proof (Passport or Emirates ID Card) for all guest checking in.
