When we started the renovation of this classical 60s building, we wanted to create an extension of the lake's atmosphere and the exudation. Both its architecture with light floods every space, as well as its aesthetics with carefully selected materials and selected decoration, will make you feel this very comfortable atmosphere. With 10 simple and functional rooms, we have made LakeSpirit offer the personal hospitality you desire and make your visit so comfortable and special that you feel at home.

We created a beautiful hotel in the center of Ioannina with its distinctive aura, careful architecture, special decoration and unique functionality in 5 levels. Starting from the welcoming guest lobby at the hotel entrance we continue in the breakfast room. From noon until afterwards it turns into a city bistro with an open kitchen concept. An outdoor courtyard, following the café-bistro, serves our customers all year round. The next two floors above the ground floor accommodate ten comfortable and bright rooms of the hotel with all modern amenities.

On the top floor there is a specially designed space for mini events and meetings with modern audiovisual equipment capable of serving 50 people. Also a business center with 4 erthenet places. The space is completed by a small coffee bar as well as a WC that caters to the needs of the visitors on the floor. Finally, descending to level -1 we will find a small gym and a sophisticated relaxation and wellness area. A spa with sauna and jacuzzi for two. On the floor there is a separate entrance for those who want to visit only the wellness center as well as access for disabled with a special service mechanism.

Parking

In addition to the temporary stops in front of the hotel entrance and the disabled parking space at the side entrance, free parking is available at the covered and 24-hour service parking "STATHMOS" at a distance of 345m from the hotel below the main square of Ioannina.
