• Above extended rates are Non-Commissionable & Net Payable.

• All the above rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams () and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT, service charge;

• Above offered rates are inclusive of Breakfast;

• No name change will be permitted on confirmed bookings during Events & Exhibitions Dates and New Year’s Eve.

• Check-outs will NOT be accepted on 31 December 2025.

Early Check in and late Check out are subject to hotel availability & might incure an extra charge.

• The hotel reserves the right to amend the Events & Exhibitions dates should any of the above dates be amended by the Organizing/Government entity. The hotel will inform of such changes in writing soon as the new dates are announced.

• Eid Holidays Supplements shall apply exclusively to the GCC Market Only

• Check-outs on 31 December 2026 will not be permitted.

»CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

• Check-in time is 15:00 (03:00 PM)
o Early check-in: Should an early check-in be required it is recommended that one night is pre-booked to guarantee the room is available on arrival. Otherwise, it will be on a request basis only and will be subject to availability at the time of arrival.
• Check-out time is 12:00 (noon)
o Late check out:
o Until 18:00 (6:00 PM) – 50% of the contracted rates, subject to availability.
o After 18:00 (6:00 PM) – 100% of the contracted rates, subject to availability.
F&B packages including half board, full board and All-inclusive will end at the check-out time listed above, i.e. 12:00 noon Anything consumed thereafter will be charged at the usual prices as per the hotel menus.

• Lounge Operating Hours-Daily access from 07:00 to 22:00.
• Breakfast-Available from 06:30 to 10:30 at the hotel’s main restaurant, Latest Recipe.
• All-Day Refreshments-Complimentary selection of coffee, tea, soft drinks, and juices throughout the day.
