The Maspalomas Princess is situated in the sunny south of Gran Canaria, to be more precise in Campo Internacional, that forms part of the tranquil resort Maspalomas. There is a trail that runs from the hotel along the Tirajana Ravine and leads right into the Dunas de Maspalomas Nature Reserve and La Charca before coming to an end at the beach of Maspalomas. The path makes for a very pleasant walking, jogging or cycling route. Within walking distance there is the Maspalomas beach with its stunning dune landscape, the lagoon “La Charca” and the Boulevard Faro with its exclusive stores and the golf course “Maspalomas Golf”. The Maspalomas Golf Course is also close to the hotel. Just a few yards away from the hotel are two bus stops with connections to Las Palmas, Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogán and the Maspalomas Lighthouse. Partially renovated in 2019. *Plus All Inclusive option: Compulsory for all guests in the room, for the whole stay. If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 3 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Mid season (28.08.24 - 31.10.24, 01.11.23-30.11.23 and 22.01.2024-31.03.2024 )

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 3 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

High season ( 11.07.24 - 27.08.24 and 24.12.2023-03.01.2024)

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and the arrival day or no show the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
