The complex is situated in the heart of Puerto Rico, just a few metres away from the main bus stop. Nearby is the tourist information centre as well as the various sports facilities. The main shopping area with its bars and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away whilst the beach is a 10-minute walk. Las Palmas Airport is 65 km away.The complex consists of 18 well-kept apartments. There is a reception hall, hotel safe, lift service and parking.The complex comprises 1-bedroom apartments with 2 beds, as well as living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave oven and kettle. Further facilities include iron and ironing board, safe, living area and terrace. The bathrooms include hairdryers.The complex has a swimming pool in its grounds, as well as sun loungers and parasols, a hot tub and a solarium. The nearby sandy beach has sun loungers and parasols (fees apply).From the airport: take the GC1 highway direction south. After approximately 45 km take the Puerto Rico exit.
