This 6-storey building was recently built in 2008 and comprises 46 apartments. The residence offers a sun terrace on the upper floor, which is open to all guests. It is only 50 m from the closest subway station, Angel Guimera, and from the Park de la Cultura. The popular bohemian neighbourhood of El Carmen, the train station and the most important monuments of the city are located only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guests will find easy access to restaurants, pubs, discos, shops and the public transport network. Points of interest may include the beach in Malvarrosa, roughly 3.5 km away, Ciudad de las Artes e las Ciencias, around 5 km away, the Valencia fair, approximately 12 km away, and Albufera Lake, 15 km from the hotel.
