The apartment hotel offers a continental breakfast and a set menu at lunch..The mission of this air-conditioned Madrid apartment hotel is to provide services with more comfort for the customer to enjoy a pleasant stay. Renovated in 2008, there is a total of 233 apartments in the hotel which have access to all hotel services, ranging from rest and relaxation to the development of events, business meetings and presentations in the hotels conference facilities. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access, games room, TV lounge, childrens playground and a kids club. The apartment hotel has its own café, bar and restaurant. Other amenities include Internet access, room service, a laundry service, a car park and a garage.||.The hotel is situated in the most important business zone of Madrid, the c/Orense, parallel to the Paseo de la Castellana and scarcely 500 metres from Plaza de Castilla. It has excellent connections to the trade fair grounds - IFEMA-Juan Carlos I and the Palacio de Congresos. Madrid Barajas Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel..The apartments are completely decorated and equipped with en suite bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, as well as a furnished bedroom with double bed and a living room. Each apartment has its own kitchen fitted with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The apartments have air conditioning, central heating and a terrace.
