The building is divided into 5 floors and features two lifts. Renovated in 2011, the complex has 140 apartments, 130 of which are singles and 10 are doubles. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and newspaper stand. Further facilities include a games room, childrens playground, café, bar, disco, restaurant and Internet access..This aparthotel is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, in the south of the island and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has direct access to the Yumbo shopping centre, which offers a range of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. Guests will find links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity, with Maspalomas and its vast sand dunes just 5 minutes away. Gran Canaria airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel..The apartments consist of a living room/kitchen, bedroom, an en suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker and crockery while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have a direct dial telephone, flat-screen TV, Internet access and a hire safe (with charge)..Guests may select their dinner from a set menu..MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment..Facilities include two heated outdoor swimming pools (for adults and children) with a garden and deck, with poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use. Guests may also relax with a massage or enjoy a game of pool/snooker (fees apply for both).
