The flats are situated on Avenida del Puerto, just 200 metres from the Antiguo Cauce del Ro Turia gardens. They are strategically located for easy access to Valencia's beaches and city centre, and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias).The property consists of 40 1-bedroom flats, including five lofts. These living spaces have the capacity to accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, making them the ideal arrangement for couples, families, or business travel. You will appreciate the comfort of the facilities, the meticulous dcor, and how the attention to detail makes you feel right at home. The flats are each equipped with one bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. There is also a kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. The combined living/dining space features a 160 cm sofa bed and a 49 smart TV. The bedroom is equipped with either one 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm twin beds, a wardrobe, safe, and a 49 smart TV.The flats also include 24-hour reception service, pay parking in the same building, cleaning service every three days, heating/air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and international television channels. Restaurant service is available from 7:30 am to 1:00 am.
