» MEAL INFORMATION:

Half Board

Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

Full Board

Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

T&C and Dining Options:

• Meals ordered for children from the A La Carte menu will be charged at the published meal rates.
• All meals are served as Buffet/Set Menu in Alphorn restaurant.

» GENERAL POLICY: 

• The contracted Room Rates are per room per night and are inclusive of the current Service Charge, Municipality Fee and Value Added Tax (“VAT”)
• The Department of Dubai Tourism and Commercial Marketing Tourism Dirham Fee bedroom per night is payable by the guest upon arrival.
• To the extent that there is an introduction or increase in any taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax (“VAT”),municipality fees or services charges, at any time during the Term, the Hotel reserves the right to increase the Rates and any other rates, fees or charges under this Contract accordingly, regardless of whether or not a confirmed booking has already been made.
• Contracted net payable rate inclusive as per the meal plan.

» CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

While every effort will be made to have rooms ready as soon as possible, normal Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. If an earlier checkin
is required; we recommend that the room be reserve a day in advance.

Normal Check-out time is 12:00 Hours. The early check-in and late check-out time can be confirmed subject to availability at the
following charges.

• Late Check-out till 18:00 Hours - Half room rate
• Late Check-out after 18:00 Hours - Full rate

Check In Time: 15:00 hours
Check-out Time: 12:00 noon

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children from 0 to 5.99 years old sharing parent’s room using the existing bedding will be free of charge under parent’s meal plan
booked. =
• Children from 6.00 up to 11.99 years old will be charged for the meal plan as the below table.

• Baby cot will be offered on complimentary basis for a child up to 2 years of age (Subject to availability), can be place in both room categories.
