“On the first day of the arrival, the guestonly can utilize their Ultra All-Inclusive/ All Inclusive on the “All DayDining” Restaurant only

 
• Ultra All Inclusive meal plan includes Open Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Snacks and selected drinks are available at café/restaurants throughout the day. Ultra All Inclusive meal plan starts with the Lunch on day of arrival and finishes with the Breakfast on the day of departure. Supplement may apply for usage of Ultra All Inclusive concept on the day of arrival before check in and on the day of departure after check out.
• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time depending on hotel occupancy, or weather conditions, or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.

» GENERAL POLICY:

• All rates in this agreement are quoted in local currency (AED) per room per night and are inclusive of tourism fee, service charge,municipality fee and value added tax (V.A.T), All Inclusive All Exclusive Concept and are non-commissionable, unless otherwise stated by the Hotel to the Company, and are applicable from 01 November 2026 until 31 October 2027 for all markets, except UAE Residents and expats, living in UAE. However, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any change in rates, or the existing municipality fee, or the imposition by the Government of the United Arab Emirates of any new taxes or levies. The Hotel reserves the right to exclude some markets at any given time, with a 48 hours’ notice period
• These rates are for the use of bona fide customers travelling on an individual basis for leisure purposes and are not applicable to groups (12 rooms and above), trade missions, exhibition delegates or corporate/business travelers. Groups (12 rooms and above) will be evaluated individually according to availability. If the Hotel has reasonable grounds to suspect reported FIT bookings to be a group booking as per the contracted policy (12 rooms and above), the Hotel has the right to reject or cancel those bookings and to request a rate revision to the Company in writing as per the current group pricing of the Hotel. For groups written request via email needs to be sent to the hotel.
• The rates quoted in this agreement are for use of holiday packages and inclusive tours only. Thus, the base room rates should not be exposed in any forms of publication and moreover has to be hidden in packages and/or tours. A minimum mark-up of 20% is required before the rates reach the end consumer in order to maintain rate parity.
 

»Check-in / Check-out Time:

• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.
Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Check- out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of the nightly contracted room rate
Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate
In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• 1st Child 03-11.99 and 2nd Child 03-05.99 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Rollaway Bed/Sofa Bed). Once extra beds are placed, space in the room will be limited and guests should be informed about the same at the time of booking
• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable (Extra Bed & Ultra All Inclusive) as per Rate Sheet Page
• Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed 80 x 195cm and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive) and subject to availability
• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per Rate Sheet Page (Attached)
• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults
