In order to activate your key on the day of your arrival, please make sure you contact this property at least 1 day prior arrival to fill in registration form and get the access code for your apartment.A deposit is requested from all clients to cover possible damages of € 200. The apartments feature modern interiors and are completely renewed. Some apartments have balconies with street view and all the property has free WiFi.The location is perfect to discover Madrid. There are Supermarkets, "tapas" bar and restaurants nearby.More than 6 days- stays also includes a free weekly cleaning service. There is also an additional service cleaning available on request and at an extra charge.Bed linen and towels are provided.Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the hotelThere is a public parking close to our building.
