Serita Beach becomes Oya Beach Resort as of 2026 in order to realign with the new owners of the hotel.

Oya Beach Resort is a soulful concept inspired by the principle of slow living and minimalistic design.

Tailored for modern couples and young families who seek both, relaxation & togetherness Oya sits between boutique design hotels and family friendly accommodations.

Located on the beach of Anissaras, it offers unrestricted sea views and direct access to the beach.

All 269 rooms have been completed renovated in 2025 with a design-forward yet budget-conscious scope.

Here is what will be changed 

• 269 completely new renovated rooms, including the bathroom with walk in shower
• 229 double rooms, all rooms with third bed convertible to a cozy sofa
• 40 family rooms with a separate bedroom
• New exterior view thanks to new facade
• Completely new main restaurant, extended terrace, new buffet and kitchen
• Two new extended a la carte restaurants, including a new outside beach front area with sea view
• New main pool area including new pool bar
• New designed reception, lobby and inside bar area
• New indoor Gym, new fitness stage
• New kids area and playground, replaced behind thehotel
• Minimarket
• All inclusive, including international alcoholic beverage
• Main restaurant, buffet with life cooking stations
• Two a la carte restaurants, one Mediterrean fusion and one Italien
• One active pool, one relax pool and new relaxing areas
• New entertainment concept: Events like white nights, sundowner rituals andlive DJ performances → no noisy day animation
