TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are per room per night, net, non-commissionable and including of all applicable taxes. Additional Municipality Room Fee of AED 15 per room per night will be charged to the guests directly upon check-out.

Rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast at Bait Al Hanine Restaurant.

Rates are per room per night, quoted in local currency (AED).

No name changes are allowed. Each name change will be considered as a cancellation; new names will be a new reservation which is subject to the hotel’s availability and discretion.

Children Policy:

 No charge for children up to and including 11.99 years when occupying same room as adult(s) and using existing beds in rooms,(incl.breakfast at Bait Al Hanine) as per the maximum room occupancy guidelines;

Open buffet applicable only at the Hotel all-day dining restaurant Bait Al Hanine.
 Half board meals will be served including tea, coffee and local mineral water at Bait Al Hanine Restaurant. All other beverages
will be charged as per consumption.
 Half Board bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December) are for Lunch only.
 Half board has to be taken for the full duration of the stay and by all parties booked.
Half board cannot be booked for individual days only.

 Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. Lunch or Dinner cannot be swapped from arrival to departure or
accumulated.
 Should the guest, booked on Half Board, wish to dine in other restaurants, the hotel will extend a credit equal to the Meal Plan
Policy Supplements at the following restaurants: Panache, Al Mesayan or Terra Secca

 Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
