Set in Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, this modern terraced house with private pool welcomes 6 people. You enter the plot crossing a small mediterranean garden and a terrace. At the back of the house, there’s a nice garden with a chlorine, 2.5m x 2.5m private pool (depth: 1.5m), two loungers and a barbecue zone. At the upper floor, there’s another terrace with two loungers, an invitingly place for having a glass of wine. The plot si fenced and there are direct neighbours. Decorated in a modern style, this home offers accommodation on two floors. A sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob are on the ground floor. The laundry has a washer, an iron and an ironing board. A staircase lead you to the first floor where you’ll find two bedrooms with one double bed each and one with a trundle bed, all with A/C and wardrobe. The master bedroom features a bath en-suite with bathtub. Besides, there’s a shower bathroom and a toilet. This house is in a quiet, residential zone and a 15 minutes’ walk takes you to the fine grained sand beach. The beach offers lots of services, sun loungers and parasols rental, watersports and bars. People love to take a walk, to cycle or to jog on the seafront. Especially during the summer, the centre is a lively place with lots of restaurants, bars and playgrounds. A big supermarket is close. During the summer, there’s a bus going towards Puerto de Alcúdia and the picturesque old town of Alcúdia. The next golf course Alcanada is 15 km away. Pets are not allowed.
