The complex is located on the sandy beach of Kalamies next to Louis Althea Beach. The centre of Pernera is around 250 m away, where guests can find restaurants, nightlife, shopping and the bus station. Guests may also be interested in visiting Protaras (around 3 km away), Cape Greco (6 km), Fig Tree Bay (3 km), Ayia Napa or the Waterworld Waterpark (both approximately 8 km away). Larnaca International Airport is around 55 km away. The 18 villas, feature all the latest furnishings in order to make the guests feel at home.
