Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
In case of early departure the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of nights as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days and 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
In case of early departure the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
