This complex is located right on the seafront in the heart of the entertainment area of Palm Beach, plus it is surrounded by all kinds of cafés and restaurants and is just 500 metres from the nearest links to the public transport network. It is 1 km to the nearest shops and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5 km away.This is a new resort complex, built in 2008 and features minimalist, functional design in all apartments. It comprises a total of 41 loft apartments with street views, garden views, sea views or side views of the sea front.
