Welcome to this cozy apartment in s'Arenal de Palma, close to the sea. It is prepared for 4 persons. This apartment counts with a small balcony. This 50m2 apartment is situated on the 5th-floor with elevator and counts with 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds. On request, there are two baby beds and a highchair available. There is a bathroom with a bath tub for general use. The comfortable living- and dining room counts with a sofa, satellite TV and a dining table for 4. The independent kitchen works with gas and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two fans available. The area of s'Arenal is very crowded, in summer. Following its' boulevard, you will eventually reach the Cathedral of Palma. The area is well known for it's huge variety of bars, restaurants and boulevard terraces. You will find all kinds of facilities and services, as shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc. This former fisherman's village counts with a large, fine white sandy beach with Palm trees. Every year, the sailing competition "Copa del Rey" takes place in the harbour and yacht club of s'Arenal. The apartment is only 100m away from the well-furnished beach, with sun loungers and umbrellas. You will also find volleyball nets and all kinds of aquatic leisure activities. The city of Palma is about 12km away. Its' old city center with its' medieval mansions and court yards is defenitely worth a visit. Of course, we must not forget the magnificent Cathedral and modernist buildings like the Gran Hotel. On the South end of the island, you will surely enjoy the beautiful beaches of Ses Covetes or Es Trenc. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting.
