Artina Luxury Villa is built on a private property measuring 21 acres, on a hill overlooking the gulf of Keri, Marathonisi Island and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea. These breathtaking panoramic views will draw you in creating a unique paradise-like feel that will make your vacation heavenly. The beach is just a few meters through a private footpath. The villa is modernly equipped and elegantly furnished and decorated in order to offer guests luxury and comfort throughout. Every detail has been added with great care towards fulfilling guestâs preferences and wishes when on holiday. Artina Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in 3 large bedrooms and 2 more in the sofa beds in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, there is one more extra bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all utilities such as microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, large cooker and refrigerator, dining table, living room with 2 sofa beds and fireplace. There is a 42 inch plasma satellite TV with CD-DVD player and playstation in the living room and a 32 inch plasma satellite TV in every bedroom. Air conditioning (cold/heat) and WiFi internet access is available throughout. The villa also features many floor to ceiling windows that lead to spacious verandas offering unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic mountains in the surrounding area. Outside, you are greeted by a private, paved driveway leading to the villa, well kept lawns in multiple levels, a state of the art heated* swimming pool with waterfalls, aero-massage and hydro-massage, shaded verandas, a sun terrace as well as an outdoor bar where you can enjoy your drinks and cocktails while gazing the endless blue of Keri bay.
