Here you are within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and night life. The apartments have broadband. Free access to the laundry room which you share with the other guests. The area is relatively peaceful, but the centre and the beach are within walking distance. There is a wonderful, furnished sun terrace on the roof, which you share with the other tenants. You have a great view of the harbour and La Barceloneta. The apartments are privately owned and are in a normal apartment block. This means that you do not receive the traditional reception service that you would expect at an apartment hotel, for example.
