Mari and Aris are the two young siblings that run the hotel. The family component is what makes the team work energetic. With dedication to what we do, we pay much attention to all our guests’ wishes, developing a strong relationship of trust, proven by our many repeaters.

The hotel dates back to 1993 when it first opened by insightful Katerina and Nikos the parents, as at that time only very few hotels where in the area. Since then, multiple renovations have taken place at Batis and this year we are delighted to say that we will be serving our guests from a beautiful roof garden with breathtaking views. One of the only top floors to be serving on Rethymno’s beach road.
