The Belmar Spa & Beach Resort is located in a charming area of southern Portugal with the most breath-taking scenery and views that the West Algarve can offer. The well-known beach of Porto de Mos is less than 250m away, in front of this unit, and other inviting beaches are also in its surroundings, providing guests with a sunny, warm and unforgettable experience.

The historic centre of Lagos is 2km away. There, guests can find a diversity of bars, restaurants with typical cuisine and shops with handcrafted items, arranged in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The public transport service makes it easy to access some other attractions in the closest area, such as golf course (3km), Lagos Living Science Centre (2,2km) and Saint Sebastian Church (2,2km).

Other potential points of interest for the guests include the private hospital (2km), the Lagos Zoo (14km), the Algarve International Race Track (25km), water parks (between 40 and 60km) and Faro Airport (90km).

Adults can take time out to take care of their health in a fully equipped gym with two fitness studios. The front desk is available 24 hours a day (with check in from 4pm and check out by 12pm) to assist with any questions and needs. There is a secure and free underground parking lot to keep the car. The wi-fi network is present throughout the resort, whether in the public areas or in the rooms, being freely available for clients. There are also access facilities for wheelchair users and lifts.

The Belmar Spa & Wellness Centre, situated in the heart of the resort, has a charm and elegance apart. Services that can be used for the full rest, serenity and well-being of guests include spa treatments (at an additional cost), relaxation suite, sauna, Turkish bath, hydrotherapy pool and jacuzzi (both with seasonal opening), experience showers and a heated indoor pool. Access to children under 16 years of age in the indoor pool can only be done with the company and supervision of an adult at all times.

For dining options, the Belmar Spa & Beach Resort features the elegant Levante Restaurant, ideal for dining at any time of the day, with a delicious Mediterranean food and a wonderful view of the sea. There is available a la carte menus, a breakfast buffet and half-board and full-board options, as well as take away and room service (available at the aparthotel). During the summer months it offers to the dinners a thematic buffet.
