Borne Down Town Apartments are located in Barcelona, in the most fashionable quartier of Passeig Del Borne, just five minutes walking from Las Ramblas and into the Gothic district of the city. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil are just 100 meters away from the apartments. The building has a lift. The apartment has a wonderful view over Santa Maria del Mar church. This studio lofts can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and in 1 double (or single) sofa bed. All of them have a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen. The Atic on the top of the building has its own terrace and there is only a double sofa to sleep.Area: 10 kms to the nearest airport (barcelona);1 minute walk to the nearest metro station (jaume i);Close to the station (franca);1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop;1 km to the nearest fair site (fira barcelona)Exterior: The building is set right in the heart of the Gothic district in Barcelona and the architecture of the building fits in perfectly with its surroundings. It is both traditional and historical, built in the 18th century, and a listed building.Room Description: The apartments are open plan with a very comfortable living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge freezer. The studios have been refurbished with style, quality, and in sympathy with its historic heritage - original beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, and tasteful fittings. Comfortable beds and sofa beds are to be found in all apartments, which accommodate up to four people.
