Aparthotel with 8 floors and a total of 170 apartments built in 1992 and renovated in 2019.Located in the geographical centre of Albufeira, it is 50 metres from the largest shopping centre in the city, surrounded by several fast food chains and opposite the stops for both the city train and local buses.The city centre, where the access to the sea and the largest gastronomic offer are located, is 750 metres away and the discotheque and club area is 2 kilometres away.It has an entrance hall where the reception area is located, open 24 hours a day, access to the lifts, the bar and a magazine and tobacco kiosk.In the lower area there is a large outdoor pool with parasols and sun loungers, a heated indoor pool, tennis court* and squash court*, gym*, restaurant and a snack bar.It also has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a large free car park (subject to availability), three conference rooms, a massage room and a games room*.The apartments have both direct access from the lift and also via stairs. The categories are differentiated by size and view. All have satellite TV and air conditioning in all rooms and boast a kitchen area (except room category) equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and cooking utensils. The one-bedroom apartments also include a large living room with a table and chairs for all guests, two sofa beds, carpets and access to the private balcony. The room also has a landline telephone and safe*. As for the bathroom, it has a shower without a bathtub and a hair dryer.The studios, being smaller, have the kitchen area combined with the bedroom, so access to the balcony is through the bedroom.In the lower category - rooms - there is no kitchen or balcony included, and it is limited to a room with a refrigerator and bathroom.*The services mentioned have an additional cost.
