In the district of Genova, outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Palma de Mallorca, in an elevated position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use), bicycles available. Steep motor access. (10 steps). Public parking on the road. Grocery 550 m, restaurant 500 m, bar, bakery 550 m, bus stop 260 m, sandy beach "Cala Mayor" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 7 km. Nearby attractions: Sant Agusti 2 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner lives on the same property. Motorway 1 km from the property. 2-room bungalow 30 m2, very simple and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room 20 m2 with dining table, TV, radio, CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (microwave, freezer) with boiler (50 litres). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Top floor: 1 room, 2 sleeping facilities (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm).
