Casa do Levante is a villa located in the family condominium of Aldeia do Levante.Conserving the typical features of a traditional Algarve villa, Casa do Levante features an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for the preparation of its meals.The living and dining room area has a small terrace where guests may enjoy their breakfast in peace and quiet.On the ground floor, there are three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, one of which has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third family-type bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. All the rooms have direct access to the garden area.For guests' convenience, the Villa has a bathroom with bath and two bathrooms with shower, one of them ensuite.On the upper floor there is the laundry area and the terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the sea while watching the sunset.The pool area has a shower and the fact that it is fenced and monitored in the months of July and August makes it ideal for families with children, ensuring you peace of mind and safety.In the front area of the villa we can find a private parking space for one car, however you may find other public parking spaces next to the villa.For a greater comfort for guests, the villa provides internet access (wifi) and a safe deposit box.A security deposit will be charged for groups aged 26 and under.This amount will be refunded after the stay and verification that the property is in good condition.A security deposit of € 200 per booking is required.
