Bright apartment located in the first line of the coastal line of Can Picafort. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The wonderful, 56 m2 terrace with sea views is a nice place to have a barbecue or long talks with your family. Enjoy the fresh breeze or bask in the sun; there are 5 sun loungers. The 130 m2 apartment is located on the first floor and features 4 bedrooms; 2 of them with double bed, 1 with bunk bed and 1 with a single bed. All bedrooms come with A/C and wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 cot. The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is a nice place to disconnect, watch satellite television or listen to music. There is another, unfurnished day room where you can leave your suitcases. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any dish you can think of, including electric stove, A/C and access to the terrace. Both fireplaces showed on the photos are decorative and can't be used. The laundry area is independent and gives you access to a washer, dyer, iron and ironing board. The location is fantastic. This area has a great variety of leisure activities, restaurants, bars and shops. A car is not necessary, you can walk or go by bus, which during the high season is going every 15 minutes towards Alcúdia or Port de Pollença. Stroll along the beach promenade, have some ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, practise water sports like kite-surfing, explore the area by bike or visit Can Picafort's Friday market. It is worth to visit the town of Alcúdia, with its church and town wall, which is 10km from the apartment. Sunday and Tuesday takes place the market of Alcúdia and lots of bars and restaurants invites you to have a coffee. Note: We cannot accept guests under 23 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed.
